⚠️ Please Note: Customized, clearance, or final-sale systems may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Plenavix Gaming PC arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, we’re here to help.

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund status.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
